difficult task [May. 4th, 2004|09:17 pm]

Would it be difficult to write (or is anyone interested in / working on ) a module, feature, or script for logjam that would do a massive security change throughout a user's entry history? For example, going through the history and marking multiple selectable or even every entry of a certain security level to a higher security level? Like, making all public posts friends-only, or marking all previous posts Private, etc? If I want to do something like this for 300+ entries, it takes a hella long time going to Journal->Load Recent Entry and then clicking "Load More" 10 times before I get to the entry I want to change.

I can think of several users that would benefit from such a feature. Thanks.

Not very hard. Let me know if you want some pointers.

This will. Fortuitous timing, I think.

Oops, but it isn't a module FOR logjam, it's on it's own.
