[Current Music |The Roots - Do You Want More-!!!--!]

I'm still alive! I've just been working on the Win32 LiveJournal client.

Don't worry, I still use Linux on my primary machine, and I don't anticipate switching to Windows anytime soon. (Have you seen Whistler? It has themes!)

But Visions recently quit working on the Windows client, and somebody needs to write it... and in any case, Win32 development is a nice addition to my resume.

I've also been kinda busy with school, my girlfriend, etc.

I haven't forgotten LoserJabber, anyway.

Wow, Whistler has themes? No more downloading WindowBlinds? I don't have to use Enlightenment, or WindowMaker, or ... anymore? Hehheh!

LoserJabber is pretty usable at the moment, so no worries ... is the Windows client as good?

I know a guy who is running Whistler on his laptop. Fun stuff.

The Windows client is... well, different. It's interesting to write, now that I know what to expect.

(A really old shot that doesn't reveal much.)

Nice graphic, at least ... any chance of adding that as a splash screen for loserjabber?

I can't think of anyone more qualified to work on it.

I'm really excited to see what you've done with the new Win32 client. My prediction is that it will end up overtaking the current one. (is that the goal?)

Yeah, that's my goal.

I just got it reading the mood list sent by the server. A few more features, and I'll release a preliminary version that does all of the posting-related features (no friends lists or history, though).
