CVS Commit:
Finished "Make Link" support. I learned a bunch about keyboard accelerators, mostly.
NOTE: This doesn't work with GtkSpell. :( I'll try to fix that sometime, but GtkSpell really sucks, y'know?

Update: Image for Atropa. (Bah, and just as I type that, I realize I need to add "Make Link" support to the History Item dialog.)

Re: hmm

Reload the entry. I updated it for you.

It's really basic, but it's nice because you can make links like this:

Type "evan". Hit ctl-shift-left, highlighting the word. Hit ctl-m, the "make link" dialog. Hit alt-t to change the link text, or just pick OK to accept it. (I'll bind enter to the ok button whenever I think of it.)
Only a few keystrokes, y'know?

Re: also

I never finished that part, because it depended on some dialog code rewrites, which sorta depended on some networking code rewrites... and when I began that, I got so confused I just backed everything out, to save it for a day when I'm coherent.

It's not really on the top of my list of priorities, because I never use Friend Groups, but I'll implement it one day...

accelerator support

Mmm, accelerators, gooooood.

I need to teach myself them sometime; I'm writing a tiny python program to keep track of my SNES games, and I'd love to be able to add accelerators to it. Maybe I'll even document it when I'm done. As you mentioned, there seems to be a dearth of information about it.

you should add the rest of the stuff that the windows client has in make link as well. its fairly useful... and as long as gtk doesnt have fucked up tab order issues... it should come out pretty.
