Can't seem to compile logjam-dev

I can't seem to compile logjam--dev--4.5--patch-8. It configures without problems. I assume that this patch has already been applied to patch 8 since it autodetected gtkhtml.

This is the error I get:

Is this something that still is in making or am I doing something wrong?
